Delivery

• *FREE delivery within 50 miles from our lot
• A fee will be charged for every mile over 50 miles

*Any delivery over 50 miles is an increase of $3.00 per mile for 8, 10, and 12ft wide buildings and $6.00 per mile for buildings 14ft or wider. 

Setup

• Our buildings are not required to sit on blocks. Each one is factory built on pressure treated 6x8 reinforced runner beams.
• Drivers provides small wooden blocks and wedges only
• If you want your building installed on concrete blocks or a specific foundation, please have them ready and available onsite at the time of delivery. We do not provide concrete blocks.
• Buildings are not allowed to be higher than 24" from the ground
